This is a Evette alto sax mouthpice that was made by Buffet Crampon. It comes complete with ligature and cap. This is a new, old stock (NOS) mouthpiece that was made back in the time that Buffet was owned by Boosey & Hawkes. It would make a great student mouthpiece. There are no other size markings on this mouthpiece.
